Sharing the Beautiful Mess of Motherhood
Finding Solutions to Healthier Living
Choosing Freedom in our Stories
Why I'm Here
My path to living a less toxic lifestyle has taken years to get to and it’s taken years to change, it’s nothing we could change overnight. It’s not about getting there as quickly as you can, but that you’e making the changes day by day to get there. My passion is sharing the mess of motherhood, helping people find solutions to toxic free living, and empowering women to own their stories and who they are. Research, community, and passion is what brought me to where I am. Let’s be brave and let’s share in this journey together.

Young Living
Successfully leading the essential oil business for 25 years. They are a company that is constantly giving back to their members and it's foundation. I'm proud to work alongside of a company that's more than the just high quality products. They are a company that is rigorously serving others.
They pour so much effort into their products and making sure we receive pure essential oils by giving each product the seed to seal guarantee. Click the "Seed to Seal" link below to see why I chose this company. No gimmicks, just pure transparency. It's more than just products, it's investing in yourself and family. We're creating a more sustainable world to leave our children, while Young Living is setting the standards higher each year.

About Us
We're just a couple of folks trying to extend immense forgiveness in the trenches of life and bring everything back to God's love for His people and our love for each other. My husband and I are raising our little humans in Louisville, KY and teaching them to use their voice for good. I'm finding balance in a healthy way of living from what we consume with food to clearing toxins out of our home, using Young Living products. It has helped me understand what my body needs to function well and opened doors to many other paths of my health.
I'm a sucker for front porch sitting and deep conversations, snail mail, a good cup of coffee, laughing so hard my cheeks hurt, film photography and finding my way outdoors.
